Summary: As a visitor you receive no cookie at all. Only after signing in to an account is one strictly necessary first-party session cookie set. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

1. Subject Matter and Scope

This Policy applies to the website standee.gr. It supplements the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. The Data Controller is , natural person and independent developer, website vspapg.gr, contact: vasilispapg@outlook.com.

2. Visitors: No Cookies

While you browse the directory, search, submit a recommendation request or report a problem, no cookie is set and no data is stored on your device. The "Sign in or register" window, which appears e.g. when you select the heart on a card, stores nothing on your device before you complete sign-in. The Service does not store your tool list or searches in the browser's local storage (localStorage / sessionStorage); they are stored only on the server, and only after you sign in.

3. Strictly Necessary Session Cookie

When you sign in with the one-time link sent to your email, as a maker or as a buyer, a cookie is set so that you stay signed in:

NamePurposeProviderDurationCharacteristics
`standee_session`Signing in to your account: maker dashboard or list of saved toolsFirst party (Standee)14 days from sign-inRandom session identifier, `HttpOnly`, `Secure`, `SameSite=Lax`, no personal data

The cookie is strictly necessary for the service you expressly request (signing in to your account) and falls under the exemption of Article 4(5) of Law 3471/2006; for that reason your consent is not required and we inform you through this Policy. Signing out deletes the cookie and the session on the server.

4. Technologies Not Used

The Service does not use: cookies or identifiers for statistics, advertising, retargeting or tracking; third-party analytics tools or advertising networks; scripts, fonts or images loaded from third parties; social plugins; third-party CAPTCHA; open or click tracking in the emails we send. Traffic is measured solely on our own server, with a pseudonymised identifier (hash) that is renewed every day and is not stored on your device, and with daily counters that contain no identifier and set no cookie (Privacy Policy, Section 3.1). Protection against bots relies on a hidden field, a minimum completion time and a request limit on the server.

5. Links to Third-Party Websites

When you open a link to a tool, you leave the Service; the destination website sets its own cookies and is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, for which we are not responsible. The Service adds the parameter `utm_source` to the destination address.

6. Managing and Deleting Cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the session cookie will prevent you from staying signed in; browsing as a visitor is not affected.

7. Amendments and Contact

This Policy may be amended, e.g. when features or legislation change; before any other cookies or storage technologies are used, it will be updated and, where required, your consent will be requested. Each new version is published on this page with a new version number and effective date. For questions: vasilispapg@outlook.com. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
